When should I complete the challenges?

During the game period, 6 challenges are released every day. If you complete them on the launch days themselves, you will earn extra points.

How can I access the challenges?

To access the challenges, you should click on the highlighted buildings. You should look for them by navigating through your Business Park - FENIX VALLEY, using the arrows on the left and right side of the screen or by clicking and dragging over the Business Park​.

What are the types of challenges?

There are 6 different types of challenges. In time, you will discover!

What happens after I complete the 30 challenges?

You must wait until all players have completed their individual challenges. Only then can you finish the game.

What themes are present in the game?

In each typology, you will learn about 5 themes related to resilience:

1. Agility / Adaptation to change.
2. Planning & Time management.
3. Self-control.
4. Realistic optimism.
5. Trust, Empathy & Assertiveness.

Each theme is represented on an "island" of the Business Park - FENIX Valley.

How can I earn points?

In your individual challenges, you earn points if:

• You complete each challenge.
• You complete each game on the respective launch day.
• In some cases, the faster you answer, more points you earn.
• And much more…

How many points can I earn?

The amount of points you will earn depends on your performance.

Can I lose my accumulated points?

Yes, you can lose points if:

• You get a negative consequence during the game;​
• You are unlucky and get the "House of Death“.

How many points can I lose?

Good or bad luck will decide how much points you lose.

There's only two games where you can lose points.

What is the resilience bar for?

The resilience bar shows your resilience throughout the game.

Also, your performance contributes to the resilience of the group.

How can I gain resilience?

You earn resilience if:

• In the challenges, you replay to try and correct each of your mistakes (you have 24h to try again after the first play).
• You complete the new challenges on the respective days.
• You read "resilience pills“.

What are "resilience pills"?

“Resilience pills” are notifications with content about resilience.

How can I lose resilience?

You lose resilience if:

• You perform badly on challenges, and don’t try again within 24h. You have two attempts at each challenge!
• You don't complete the challenges within the set time for each one.

What are the jokers for?

Jokers are to be used in challenges.

• 1 joker - removes an incorrect option in challenges;
• 3 jokers (or 1 super joker) - skips challenges.

During the challenges, you can convert 'Jokers' into 'Superjokers'.
To do so, you need to have, at least, 3 'Jokers'. Then simply click on the upgrade button , available in My Space. To convert 1 'Superjoker' to 3 'Jokers', click on the downgrade button , available in My Space.
But if you use jokers in your challenges, you get fewer points.

How to use jokers and superjokers?

To use 'Jokers' or 'Superjokers' during challenges, click on the corresponding button , available in My Space.

How can I get jokers?

Throughout the game, you will receive 3 jokers:

Can I trade jokers with another player?

Yes, you can. If you trade jokers with other players, you get extra points.

Can I use jokers/super jokers in any challenge?

No. Due to their typology, jokers/super jokers will not be available in every challenge. In time, you will discover!

How important is teamwork in this game?

The game will end when all players completed 30 challenges. If any player does not complete the 30 challenges, the whole team loses.

Also, keys will be required to unlock some challenges. The key don't always work. You must exchange them with your fellow players until you find out which ones unlock your challenges.

How many keys will I receive?

In total, you will receive 3 keys after completing a few challenges.

What do I get if I share keys with other players?

If you trade keys with other players, you get extra points.

How do I share / request keys?

To share/request keys, you must go to each player's profile, in the Team View & Connection area, and click on the respective buttons.

What should I do if other players are absent and don’t complete the games?​

If another player is offline for more than 2 days, you can send him/her a ‘Wake up!’ notification. ​

To do so, go to 'Team View & Connection' > select the player who has been offline for more than 2 days > click on the ‘Wake up!’ button (alarm clock).​

What are the goals of this game?

The aim of this game is to strengthen resilience competence in each individual, to be used collectively to support the company.

To do so, you must:

• Reach the end of the game with as many points as possible.
• Reach the end of the game with the best individual performing resiliency bar possible.
• Contribute to the good performance of other players.

Remember: To perform well, your team must finish the game with at least 70% resilience bar.

When does the game end?

The game ends:

• When all players finish all 30 individual challenges and, in this sequence, discover together the final team message.
• If, on the last day of training (game), the team has not discovered the final message – game over!​
